You get daily prompts explaining and guiding you through each step of the regimen. The Miracle Morning routine was introduced by Hal Elrod in his book The Miracle Morning: The Not-So-Obvious Secret Guaranteed to Transform Your Life (Before 8 AM). This method of self-improvement consists of waking up early in the morning to set up a daily morning routine, through 6 activities called life savers. You can use this routine to take some time for yourself when you wake up, to visualize your goals, exercise and meditate. This will help you to be more productive during the day, succeed in life, and improve your work-life.
